for 444db Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

"444db" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 444db.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and Progressive Web App (PWA) installations.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise makes use of the 444db platform in any capacity.

"Account"

The registered player account created by a Player on the 444db platform, identified by a unique username and associated with a verified mobile number or email address.

"Balance"

The total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's 444db Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins, matched deposit bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements, as distinct from real-money funds.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

"Restricted Jurisdiction"

Any territory from which access to or use of the 444db platform is prohibited under applicable law or by 444db's own policy, as updated periodically.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and address verification process that 444db may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other point during the account lifecycle.

"Taka" / "BDT" / "৳"

Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted on the 444db platform for all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus calculations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 444db. They govern every interaction you have with the platform, from your first visit through to any eventual account closure.

By completing the registration process and ticking the confirmation checkbox on the account creation form, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and accept the 444db Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

444db reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. Continued use of the platform following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 444db, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a human individual acting in your personal capacity (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 444db or any of its technology, content, or payment partners;
• You are not using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes;
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 444db for a breach of these Terms.

444db reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the 444db platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (used for account verification and two-factor authentication);
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 444db will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444db support immediately via live chat.

444db reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has provided false information, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk-management or reputational concern to the platform.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 444db platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 444db does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion of any kind.

Accepted payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added periodically; the current list of available methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Account.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay);
• The minimum deposit amount for bank transfer is ৳1,000;
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to enhanced KYC review;
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider;
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform verification;
• Processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is typically within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution;
• 444db reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing;
• 444db does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

444db offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players only and may be limited to one claim per Player, household, IP address, or payment method, as specified in the individual offer terms;
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and will be clearly labelled within your Account dashboard;
• The standard wagering requirement for casino welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated;
• Sports betting bonuses carry their own wagering requirements, typically expressed as a turnover multiple on qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will expire at the end of the validity period if requirements are not met;
• 444db reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, any modification will be communicated in advance;
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless the offer terms state otherwise;
• 444db reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of collusion.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

444db provides access to casino games and sports betting markets sourced from licensed third-party providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules established by its respective provider, which are accessible within the game interface.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All electronic casino games — including video slots, virtual table games, and instant win titles — use certified RNG technology audited for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel and are set by the game provider in accordance with their certification standards.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game results in live casino are determined by physical outcomes (card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by trained dealers on camera. 444db does not control or interfere with live game outcomes.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Odds are set and managed by 444db's trading team using real-time data feeds. 444db reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced (late bets), at its discretion;
• Void any bet where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human error (palpable error rule);
• Suspend a market at any time due to exceptional circumstances, including match abandonment, player withdrawal, or the receipt of information that casts doubt on the integrity of the event;
• Limit or refuse bets from any Player at any time without providing a reason, consistent with responsible trading practices.

Prohibited conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of winnings: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or errors (bug abuse); collusion between Players; match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event; and any form of cheating in live casino games.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

444db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold any Balance or pending withdrawals pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity fraud;
• Evidence of money laundering, structuring, or any activity that raises AML concerns;
• Evidence of bonus abuse as defined in Section 6;
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder under the Responsible Gaming framework;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action;
• Any situation in which 444db determines, at its reasonable discretion, that maintaining the Account poses an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 444db will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 calendar days and communicate the outcome to the Player via their registered email address or mobile number. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 444db support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
